how it works
1. Login or Create an Account
Sign in using your registered email/username or create a new FLO account to get started.
2. Add an Entity
An Entity represents your business — this could be a Company or an Individual. Each account can manage one or more entities depending on your subscription plan. Depending on Entity type, pre-set compliance tasks will be automatically registered for your review. i.e. For company, Annual Return and Company Income Tax filing tasks will be set for your review.
3. Add Assets to Your Entity
Each Entity has one or more Assets — these are your key compliance areas such as Company, Tax, Licences, Certificates, Permits, and Registrations. Every Asset contains one or more Tasks or Filings with due dates to help you stay compliant.
4. Use the Dashboard to Track Compliance
Your Dashboard shows all active tasks by status — Overdue, Warning, Complete, or Upcoming. Update each task as you complete filings, and watch your Compliance Score improve in real time.
5. Get Professional Help When Needed
If you need assistance, click GetHelp on any Asset or Task. You can instantly connect with a lawyer, accountant, or compliance expert for advice or filing support.
